Vitro Fertilization Process - My tips and how to prepare!

If you're reading this you may or may not have gone through the IVF journey yet.
Perhaps you are just looking into it, or scheduled, or maybe you have started it
- whatever it may be, I hope this helps you in some way.
I want to share some insights into the vitro fertilization process that will make your journey hopefully a bit easier.
There are a few things I wasn't aware of before starting IVF.
There are a few things I wish I knew so I could have perhaps prepared physically and mentally,
but don't you worry. I have you covered!
All in all, I have to say I think I have done pretty damn well (yes, it's ok to admit that on this journey) and I'm here to share what I know.
The cost of in vitro fertilization can be mind-blowing, so we have to do what we can do to make the most of it and take some of that stress away (like we don't have enough on our plates to deal with).
In this 12minute or so video I give you some golden tips about how to prepare and what to expect on the day of your ovum pickup, the day of your retrieval and some extra tips about what you can do during your two weeks wait.
 
What I am sharing is what I personally have found helped me, not everyone is the same and this is your journey.
